MSM have no friggin clue what they are talking about Same way semi-autos become "machine guns" and deer rifles become "armor-piercing terrorist weapons-of-choice."

Go easy on St. Jemimah, there. The Post Police are going to get after us again for making light of tragedy, etc...

Now THERE'S one serious guy toy! Do they do the armor themselves? I drive through Peoria IL. (where most Cat products are built) a couple of times a week and have never seen one of these armored versions. A D9 is one bad looking piece of machinery even without armor.

Cat makes them 100%. US military uses them also.

Thanks for ruining my day. Such a neat toy so close to me, and I can't have one! I'm always amazed to see how much of the word Cat covers. It's a huge local industry, so locals are just about as brand fanatical as Harley owners. I was recently at Pearl Harbor Subase and got a tour of a Los Angeles class sub. The officer giving the tour showed us the Fairbanks Morse diesel that is the backup power plant and then added, "I'm a Peoria boy, so I'm trying to get them to switch to Cat". Ends up we grew up just a few miles from each other!

Come to my house and I will let you run my little D-3. Click my name for a pic. Many in construction are brand-fanatical about Cat equip. We have some old Cat iron out in the back lot that was used on the initial building of the interstate system. It's as good today as back then.
Cat's facility out there is awesome.

Not in my area; maybe somewhere up here, but I don't remember it. Remember the nut who built the armored bulldozer a few years back and demolished his downtown?

That's it! Don't remember where it was. Just a little "urban renewal."

Exactly, most of the pictures show excavators demolishing the homes. But that has not stopped the MSM from captioning the pictures as "Israeli bulldozers".
