I thought Brad looks old and haggered in Troy. He looked FAR better as Tristan in Legends of the Fall.That's because he smokes. His skin is turning into "smoker skin" right before our eyes.
He should be a poster boy for what can happen to your skin if you smoke.

His brilliance and demeanor Exactly. His appearance reveals his character ... the twinkle, the smirk, the authoritative posture ... even the stoutness and baldness say, "This man doesn't quit when things get difficult."
With actors, obviously, the real person may be very different from what appears to an audience, but it's the impression of Vice Presidential qualities that appeals to me.
