Thank You.

The words are from a poem by William Blake (1757-1827)

Blake's words are usually very powerful as demonstrated in this work.

Thank you for your poem. Today is a day of infamy. Such needless, senseless suffering.

Yes I know, that is why I chose this particular work . . . to try to describe how I feel about this hideous act against innocent people in this War on the Christian World . . . I want my British Ancestors to fight, fight, fight against this horror . . . I am positively seething!!!! . . .but am unable to put it into my own words in a poem as did you and WayzataJohnn . . God Bless you Both for being so eloquent.

Finding one's voice is a gift indeed. I had much trouble expessing myself prior to the gift of poetry's arrival.

In 2003, North Korea said work had begun on nuclear weapons
with enough plutonium on hand to build six bombs.

Also in 2003, doctors in Singapore separated two 29-year-old
Iranian sisters who had been joined at the head since birth
but the women died during the 54-hour operation.

And, six people, including the gunman, died during a rampage
at a military parts manufacturing plant in Meridian. Miss.

In 2004, John Rigas, founder of Adelphia Communications, a
cable television company, and son Timothy were convicted of
conspiracy, bank fraud and securities fraud.

Finding A Woman

1. It is important to find a woman who works around the house, occasionally cooks, and cleans and who has a job.

2. It is important to find a woman who makes you laugh.

3. It is important to find a woman who is dependable and doesn't lie.

4. It is important to find a woman who's loving and passionate

5. It is important that these four women never meet.

"Well, what got into you today??"

I think I was bitten my a Silly Sod bug, as I am finding everything funny, and acute silliness is becoming way too much to handle with a straight face!

I'm just back from putting some bumper stickers on the bumpers of the ultra-libs in this pretentious burg. They drive their SUV’s and Snob cars downtown here, and park in the ramp at the local coffee shop. Here they spend most of the day, telling each other how their saving the world. A printer friend of mine prints up these stickers for me, and I raid the ramp and tag the snob cars and Hummer’s with them. Some of my favorite stickers to date are:

I voted Liberal to ruin America
Liberal and Proud to hate America
Vote Liberal and be an Elitist
Liberals Lead/Slaves Follow!
Liberal AmeriKa, Comrade!!!

As you can see, I do get in a tear, once in a while. (I’m such a Baaaaaad Boy!)

Good evening Ms. Feather!

O Ship of State

THOU, too, sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!
We know what Master laid thy keel,
What Workmen wrought thy ribs of steel,
Who made each mast, and sail, and rope,
What anvils rang, what hammers beat,
In what a forge and what a heat
Were shaped the anchors of thy hope!
Fear not each sudden sound and shock,
'Tis of the wave and not the rock;
'Tis but the flapping of the sail,
And not a rent made by the gale!
In spite of rock and tempest's roar,
In spite of false lights on the shore,
Sail on, nor fear to breast the sea!
Our hearts, our hopes, are all with thee.
Our hearts, our hopes, our prayers, our tears,
Our faith triumphant o'er our fears,
Are all with thee, -are all with thee!

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

It’s Time

Black minds spew black hate and destruction,
and innocence pays the price so damning high.
While most politicians hesitate to take action,
as a total whole, so many will have to die.

Those who would live, must know who to trust,
for those who would kill, hide in plain sight.
If we would not want this culture to crash and rust,
we must no longer wait in hopes all will be all right.

There’s no room to err, costing an innocent life in strife,
for those who hunt us now, must come to know fear of us.
We must be their own terror, their nightmare’s raised knife,
and we must haunt them, endlessly hunting them to excess.

All countries that would be truly free, must unite,
hunters all, allies in the war to free all from Jihad.
A single goal to win over their coming evil night,
and teach them to truly fear our long reaching rod!

They set their hate lose on us in hopes of our fear,
so we must show them our total strength, our unity.
Together, the free must hunt evil both far and near,
until their malice is removed, wherever they might be.

Free is not without costs, and that price we must pay,
if we would be free from their sort of evil wrath.
Time comes when decisions will change the world in a day,
and either freedom or slavery and death our only path.
