Upon having a good night's sleep and going back to review some of the latest Andyite posts, this new "situation" still seems calculated to me.

I can pick apart little things but overall, the things being said are hitting me wrong. I can't quite put my finger on it but it feels like with this latest hospital stay, they are trying to cover some of the discrepancies we have pointed out here. Of course, they're answers to the big questions fall short.

LOL. Skins is being forced to LOCK threads about CHICKEN in the DU lounge. The Lounge is like a daycare center most of the time, so this is not a shock. But damn, imagine FR having to lock (or whatever they do here), a thread about CHICKEN.

That is hilarious, the Grand DUmbo "Skinner" locking "chicken"--the food itself, recipes and stuff--as a subject in DUmmieland--but of course it's obvious why he had to do it.

Since a certain, uh, subject is banned from discussion in DUmmieland, it was inevitable, one supposes, that certain people would use "code" to discuss that banned thing.

Of course there is a simple solution to all this, which would elevate DUmmieland considerably--but the Grand DUmbo "Skinner," despite my respect for him, does not pay attention to any of my suggestions.

It would appear they are not discussing "chicken" at all, but I have neither the time nor inclination to investigate. I generally ignore the Lounge at DU, as one would ignore a strangers child acting up in a department store.

A perfect example of the difference in the right and left. The right will 'give up' a crook, while the left will ignore the transgressions and scream at the messenger.

Can someone explain this to me. How do you have signs that it has spread to the lymph nodes without knowing that it has? surely the lab tests would indicate yea or nay.

In my alternate reality world (sorry had to) the doctors routinely remove any adjacent lymph nodes if they even think it could have mestasized there. These would have been excised and carried post haste to pathology.

In some instances, a biopsy of the lymph node is rushed to path while the patient is still 'open' and a quick dx is returned, guiding the surgeon in his/her efforts.
