Great photo Westy,

How's the weather been in the NW this spring? I'll be in the Bellingham area during the last week of May...if you can order up some good weather it would be appreciated.

The wifey and I will be bobbing around on a boat in the San Juans during the last week in May...hope it isn't too rainy. I asked Westy to come up with some good weather.

You guys know that even if I did cook it, I couldn't post a picture of it...we like Popeye's Spicy whenever the urge for fried chicken hits us.

Here's a new (to me, anyway) seasoning to try - McCormick's Montreal Steak mix. My Jeopardy friend used it on chicken breasts cooked in olive oil...absolutely outstanding.
