You were one of the good ones, fighting the good fight and representing the need for a stronger America powered by an effective fighting force oversees and a smaller government hee at home-- A government that respects the economic AND personal liberties of it's citizens enough to let them make their own choices with their pocketbooks and their love lives....a common sense Patriot. Yet you were still driven away by the rising tide of Brent Bozell/Jerry Falwell-esque authoritarian insanity here on FR and I can certainly sympathize with you.

Hi newgeezer. WPPFF was a bit of a joke. It stood for Witness Protection Program For Freepers.

Because anyone who voiced any sort of sanity during the Schiavo thing such as "we should pray for a peaceful transition to heaven for her", once it became clear that she was going to die and all rescue options had failed, was mercilessly bashed, insulted, called a murderer, pro-death and all that other garbage.

It started as a joke that we were in danger and needed to hide out, that's why we were staying on one thread and talking to each other.

What happened? Was this while Terri was still alive or is she still doing this to you?
