Morning.
Found something I wrote two years ago and never saved.
:-/
Tell me a story,
tell me a dream.
Tell me something
to make me believe
again.

Morning!!
Great!!
Now maybe you can work on it some more to flesh it out although, it stands alone just fine.
Just a suggestion.

I Wish I Could Find My Way Back Home
If I could just find my way back home;
The signpost faded, the trail is grown
Up with briars in vines and thorn.
I thought it wouldn't be this soon
That it would take away the view
Of purple mountain majesty, huddled masses yearning liberty
And words that say just what they mean
Before the laws perversity
Of truths we hold self evident
And broken laws;not only bent
By those we loaned the public trust,
Black robes drunk with powers lust
Caprice elects their tool of choice
None other else to have a voice.
So here I stand perplexed and lost,
Confounded as I count the cost.
Where is the straight and narrow road
That's broad enough to take us home?
But narrow so as we can see
Right from wrong, and purity,
Of truths we held, but now seem gone?
How can we now find our way home?

Good morning Ms. Feather!
SOARING by Jolene Anderson
We soar above the crowd We fly above the rest We know our place in time Up above the clouds and fear We soar in the LIGHT We know who we are Would you join us Let go of your fear Let your LIGHT shine Come soaring with us We know our place in time We know who we are We are the LIGHT

When I Am Really Old
When I Am Really Old
Ill go live with my five sons and bring them so many joys It will be fun living with each of my five little boys. I will write on the walls and scuff up the floors I will run in and out with- out closing the doors I will hide toads in the pantry and socks under my bed Whenever they scold me I will just hang my head Ill run and and jump and Ill putter away the time for doing my chores every day I will holler and talk when they are on the phone As long as they are talking I will not leave them alone I will hide food in the pantry and put rocks behind the doors Ill run off to the movies and not wash a dish Ill ask for money whenever I wish Ill stuff up the plumbing and flood water on the floor As soon as they mop it up I will flood it some more Whenever they correct me I will lie down and cry kicking and screaming, not a tear in my eye I will hide their pencils and flash lights and when they buy new ones Ill hide them again I will spill my glass of milk to complete every meal Then I will eat my banana and just drop the peel I will put toys on the table and spill jam and jelly on the floor I will break dishes as though I was four I will have fun and what a joy it will be To live with each of my children like they lived with me

Well, I had stuck it on the original run of Dimensional Doors back in 2003.
That was as far as I'd gotten with it at the time.
