The full deposition that was indeed given in the presence of lawyers on both sides is here.
Of note is that Walker gets a bit shaky and less sure under cross examination. When asked about conflicting observations made by others he can't answer.
(Still another who was questioned about Walker's findings pointed out that it's not unusal for a person to have some trauma, especially in the rib or back area, from the application of CPR which was administered to Terri.)

No. This was per Sean Hannity, who is outside Woodside and talked to the nurses and our Freepers who are there. I know Hannity talked to Nora on air. Don't know about the other 2.
This is from an interview with Carla Iyer. When these nurses started coming forward, it was important to Schiavos case that they be discredited.
We were very intimidated the whole place, Iyer revealed, adding that some nurses had a restraining order against Michael Schiavo because his behavior was so bad.

Actually The Empire JOurnal did a recent story on this using the affidavits of the three nurses, the GAL report of Pearse, and affidavits of the doctors. I don't remember the title of it but if you go to www.theempirejournal.com, it's probably in the Schiavo archive. I'm sure the link is posted on the Terri thread for March but I just dont remember the date. We've been doing 3 and 4 articles a day on the case
