I would GLADLY take any punishment in my doing so, and know that I would have to spend the rest of my days trying to make myself right with the Lord for what I had done--a small price to pay that my INNOCENT CHILD would be ALIVE.
I would in a New York minute put my innocent CHILD ahead of me. RIGHT NOW.
I would bear any consequenses, no matter how tough, without a blink of an EYE. PERIOD. EASY.
I would lie TODAY. RIGHT NOW. THIS MINUTE.

Howlin didn't want to answer Ann Archy's question -- begging out because it was about the Nazi's. I can undertsand that -- it's an overused and overladen motif. A discussion killer.
Yet a similar genocide took place in Rwanda during Clinton's term (he choose not to get involved and took steps to spin the news from there to downplay the horrors).
The government was all people from the Hutu tribe. They used propaganda -- radio mostly -- to inflame the local police and militias against the Tutu tribe. Local civil authority and militias hunted down and slaughtered all Tutus. At least half a million. Hard to know the exact count. Maybe over a million.
There's a good movie (so I have heard) about those horrible days -- The Hotel Rwanda. IIRC, it won an academy award last month.

And more ... there is a genocide about to happen here in the US. That is, I suspect, what all this Florida horror of legalized Murder by Judicial fiat is all about. Who will be killed? The class of humans now occupying about a million beds in hospitals and hospices nationwide. A bed count whose profit margin has dipped into the red.
What is Felos about? Where the juice to feed the beloved husband and concubone for life? Cost efficient operation! Cost efficiencies!

Howlin, no I cannot. However, I absolutely distrust Michael S. I think he's a monster. God lets a lot of things happen that are evil, because He gave humans free will. But where humans use free will and clever legal ruses to end another person's life, is where decent men must step in.
There is a BATTLE BEHIND the BATTLE...There is an agenda with Greer etc. -- it's the case law "precedents" the would-be killers are trying to set for a larger euthanasia agenda. And THAT agenda is yet in the bigger anti-God, anti-sanctity-of-life agenda of totalitarians. Remove God, remove sanctity of life, consider people and their "God-Given rights" as property of the State and you have....1984. That's what's REALLY going on here.

And from all the research Calpernia and others have posted, Greer probably thinks he IS God. The 'legally blind' issue is MOOT--Helen Keller was TOTALLY blind, deaf and mute--yet compassionate and humanitarian. Greer is sick and wicked and a tool being evilly used...KNOWINGLY. So are a lot of other judges, IMHO.
Absolutely it is foolish--and costs increase geometrically--to try to continue human life to the 'cryogenic-and-hope-to-thaw' extreme. There are some who have been kept on life support whose brain (I am recalling from memory, not citing cases) had practically liquefied. This isn't compassion--this is denial. HOwever, I do NOT believe Terri is in this predicament. I believe there is a conspiracy among Greer, the HINO etc. to snuff this woman.
Let us all pray to God for wisdom and pray for ALL our leaders, elected and appointed, through somehow, God will work out His will. God is still sovereign; this is STILL One Nation, Under God.
