I have chickens that lay greenish/blue eggs. They are Aracaunas.

I think its a great idea. I just paid $10 for a tiny book called "If Dogs Could talk" by Joel Zadak. It's very good. it has a link to a website in it called www.pillbooks.com You may be able to view it there.
Everyone here comments on your photography, you seem to be able to capture great expressions and movement so it might be something to seriously consider! ; D

The same. Jacob is excited about collecting the eggs! They are not yet full grown, we have red tail hawks here, so I hope they get to full size and dont become supper.

Since you all disappeared again, and since I haven't gotten to post any pictures lately:(, and since your posting funny ones to caption, I went back and found some of Rusty.

I was excited about the blue eggs too:) Choctawsquaw and I went in together and bought 25 aracauna chicks from a hatchery. The original ones I had didn't make it a year, but I got enough blue eggs, and incubated them last year. I am now getting about 4-6 a day blue ones. I was pretty happy that some of my chicks grew up to be full aracauna.
Did you know those are the healthiest eggs you can eat? At least that is what a lady told me that I uses to give eggs to. She liked getting the blue ones. Her and her husband were vegetarins, because he had MS. She did alot of study about it when he was first diagnosed and something about meat speeds up the the effects of the illness. I believe it worked too. He is still able to walk and its been like 12-13 years since he was diagnosed. By the time he was diagnosed he was already about to go into a wheelchair. The changes they made improved him, which the doctors said they had never seen anyone improve, maybe stop progressing but not get better. Anyway, she told me they were the best eggs to eat.

"If you can find lower prices anywhere, my name ain't Rusty Oklahoma!"
To: HairOfTheDog
"Come on down to Car Pros Kia in Tacoma. You're gonna like what you see!"

Thunder and Adge planning their next trick
To: Rose of Sharn
Smokey is looking so much better:) You must be feeding him well.
I like those feeders hanging on the panels. Where did you find those.
The babies are so cute and have grown so much.
Thunder looks alot more petite, is it just because he is younger?

Good to see your critters! I like Smokey! You have to go out and take some more tomorrow, we need to see more of them babies!
To: HairOfTheDog
great captions! Here are some more pics....
Thunder. He has lost all of the curly hair on his face now.
Adge
To: PayNoAttentionManBehindCurtain
Thanks. Smokey is a wonderful horse. I find he gives me a lot of confidence to do things that I am still learning to do. All of the horses are on the same pellet feed that i told you about. They seem to thrive on it.
The feed buckets come from the local feed store, but you can get them from sheplers online I think. Deaconjim ties a hose clamp around Lightnings as he is inclined to knock it off and smash it to bits playing with it otherwise!
The colts are growing so fast, Adge isn't much smaller than Sugar now. Thunder is a smaller horse than Adge but then Sugar is smaller than Misty. Smokey is by far a much much larger horse than the rest of them.
Thunder is by no means meek though, today he successfully climbed on the back of Misty 3 times to go through the motions of a stud! She let him no problem and no one got hurt. A bit worrisome though!
