Only through NASCAR.com's TrackPass (unless you've got RoadRunner, it's going to cost you).

Like I said, if you have RoadRunner, it's free (seems TimeWarner runs both RoadRunner and NASCAR.com, so it's a perk).

We have 2 Duels, 2 Busch races, the Daytona 500 and almost halfway through the Auto Club 500, and the only restart I remember Fox/FX missing was due to a mechanical problem in the truck.
