I heard today that Ward was offered a full time truck ride which he turned down. He's waiting for a Cup car and I bet somethng will open up for him soon.

There's some darn good odds there. If I still was a betting woman I would take them up on some of those. Sadler 18-1 (he won the race last year) Edwards 35-1 and another longshot Riggs at 40-1.

I used to play the horses so I do love the longshots. Actually I handicap the races just like I did the horses.

Just made it back from my shower to see some pretty good racing there.

I may fade out of here shortly, pretty tired....had a rough few days here. Haven't been able to eat, lost five pounds. Almost hit by two cars on the freeway as my Suburban spun from a flat tire. Just like at Daytona :) Ft Hood soldiers to the rescue though!! WooHoo, my new pit crew.

Only it wasn't as much fun doing it as watching it.

So I will say goodnight ahead of time, see you all tomorrow for qualifying and the Busch race.
