I love this poem `The Tiny Fist` too. I think I read it two dozen times. Some people have such special gifts inside. Their gifts just seem to hang in suspension like the stars. We look out and there they are. *
We have Red-Tailed Hawks that ride the currents over the bluff all day.
Well, lookie here, dat Norsky gal she is here!!
Helga's gurlfriend whose name is song
a lite hearted lass from de snow land grand!!
Looks like the snow land lass
has been skipping through the grass

Good evening Ms. Feather! I hope you're having a nice Saturday.
Good evening, ms marlowe!!
Nice day yes, thank you..hope the same for you.
Thank You so much for the Pipes, ms marlowe.
Samwolf,
In reading your comment earlier today, I wanted to respond but had lots of company over and tomorrow busy too. I am going to post here tonight before you post morning Thread.
I remember the Hawk graphic you posted a few days ago, catching its dinner. I am so glad I am not its prey!
When you mentioned about the Red-tailed Hawk that rides the wind currents where you live, my thought was `I wonder if he is searching for food?`
The Eagles tend to rule the air space in my locale. I have never seen a Hawk here. I believe Central Alaska they are seen, maybe other areas here.
I thought about the air currents though, and wondered what these birds `the Hawks that you see` and the Ravens I study, are really doing.
The Ravens that fly back and forth, can be seen carrying food.
When they group and pair together, to fly up higher in the air on the wind currents, they appear to absolutely be playing together! I am convinced.
If I am wrong, I would welcome someone to tell me so.
There are so many pairs of them at one time drifting up then down and up, then diving down together, to just as quickly be pulled up again as if the wind has them on strings.
They pair in unison like a dance, seemingly carried totally by the air current that is in certain pocket like areas, maybe two blocks wide in length of their air space.
A choreographer would enjoy seeing this!
It is one the most fascinating events that I have ever seen. Totally entertaining. Ten to twelve pairs of jet black Ravens.
"I am trying to feed Poets here" just thought I`d sneak this in ;) `RAVENS`
la-la-la singing again ~
I did take a few minutes to do a search on the Red-tail Hawk and will try and post it here.
If you scan down to read the paragraph "Life Cycle" it speaks about the soaring of the Hawk.

You have created a monster now!
I want you to know if the Ravens are flying for hours like the Hawk soars or if they are in fact playing?
Samwolf, are you a Bird man?
Keee---yrr Keee---yrr Keee---yrr
Good Morning Bentfeather, Everyone,
Happy Sunday :-)
I love Ravens. Can I entice the Poets here to write a poem about the Raven? Anytime anyone has play time.
I`ll try and pop in tomorrow sometime and read everyones song ~
Norskie was here.... *
* I have a surprise to share,
I only need time to post it.
I will in the next day or two. I`m going to take everybody some place special. :)
*Sunday*
Blessings
You sure do put the `fun` in Funny LunaRed! I had to read this one several times, then think what I though I read, I tink I did. ;) LOL!!
Kinda gets a person all turned around!
`just as you `inDended?` Uff`da!
LOL
Good morning, LunaRed.
I think I will have to though for a while here! Too, early for me!
IMHO, the Hawks are spending most of the time just enjoying flying. When they're hunting they'll start circling a smaller area. I think they just like "riding the currents".
Good morning, Sam!
The Last Word of a Blue Bird
Awwww, love the little bird.
Really sweet poem, too.
Thanks for all. Have a great day.
LOL. I got your seed. ;-)
