About 7 years ago, a groom (also a Latino) at Aqueduct racetrack was caught having anal intercourse with a thoroughbred in the shedrow. Bestiality in and of itself is not a crime in Texas (unless the act occurs in public). If it is someone else's dog there could be possibly some other charges but I don't know. Animal abuse doesn't factor into it; why doesn't child abuse factor into abortion?
