I was joking. They are being developed at Walmart.
I've never worn a bike helmet in my life. It's ironic I know, but hey. :-)
A local guy has teams of mules and an old school bus. He trained the mules to jump up into the back of the bus through the open back door. It was amazing to watch him load and unload his team.
Bah it's quite all right. No harm done, and I'm sure that no harm was meant by it. :-)
That's pretty neat!
Me either. I did buy my grandson one while sidewalk skating. He kept hitting his head on stuff.
Were there snakes inside? Another of my favorite movies:')
For real now! I did see a pickup truck with a bed like that at a wagon ride. The bed had high rails like you'd use to haul cattle in. It tilted first, then slid backward down to ground level so that the mules could walk up it like a ramp, then the whole thing pivoted back level and onto the frame. He pulled his wagon behind the truck. I kid you not. It was kinda cool. But then I think some of them old codgers that like to wagon ride (Cav) just like to cook up stuff like that so they'll have the coolest ride in the pack. There was even one ol' dude who had a small gasoline engine mounted under his wagon that he could start up on steep hills that gave him a "power assist" for his team. It beat all I'd ever seen. (Cav, it was on the Arvil Law's ride, I don't remember if you saw it or not)
Animals are a lot smarter than we normally give them credit for. Particularly, if they think it is a fun thing to do and they get rewards with praises.
Hey, that is not roughing it at all.......
Nice camper.
He said he was gonna re-paint it a different color.... he'd been pulled over twice for not stopping at RR tracks.
I remember that wagon and the engine, transmission and transaxle was from an old Volkswagen micro bus. The team that pulled it on level roads was small so the engine was cranked up for the steep hills. : )
I thought you were there. I'm glad, otherwise they woulda all thought I was tellin' a big one.
Yes, that would work and the horses would not mind at all. The bad part would be if you were out in the middle of nowhere and the battery went dead or had a hydraulic hose to burst. Not likely to happen to anyone but me though......... : )
He should put up new signs like "this bus does not stop at tracks and makes right turns on red. Legal to pass when red lights flashing" HOMESCHOOL, Jesus in the House! That kind of stuff.
LOL! I knew a guy that bought an old church bus and left the lettering on the sides. The first stop he made was at a package store and bought several cases of beer.......
Yeah, you do seem to have a particular talent for having mechanical difficulties with your equipment. Reminds me of a little cartoon character from long ago, I can't remember what his name was or what strip he was in, but he had a little rainy cloud hanging over his head all the time and just seemed to have the worst luck.
Pre or post loading wouldn't be that big a problem but if they are in the process then you might have a problem:')
