From what I had heard of her, Justine had a very tough young life. I appreciate the way she plays the game extremely.
Women's tennis is so much more entertaining than men's these days.
Here is how they could make male tennis much more interesting to watch ........ although it will never happen.......... raise the net height two inches.......... that will slow down the serves.......... thusly more excellent and longer play........ but, it will never happen.
But, it's still 90 feet to first base in baseball. ;-)
Yoi, double yoi! Go Stillers.
My Lord !
Grace Kelly.......... nearly?
She will stay fresh ........... but, young is more difficult.
All I feel (not to sound like a lib) is that this dear darling girl is for real. Thank you for speaking about Maria.
She is a hope of the sports world........... she stood up for staying in America, etc. She's wonderful!
And, look at those arches on her feet! The arches of success.
;-)
Yes. I believe she is estranged from her father and her mother died of cancer a few years back. She raised her brother(s) on her own, at a young age and was married a couple years ago.
Women's tennis is far more entertaining than mens, IMHO. Mens don't have as good of rallies as women do. The points are usually over so quick.
I always like watching Gustavo "Guga" Kuerten(Brazil) play though. He was just fun to watch, especially on clay.
Hey, I just noticed this. ;-)
I posted this Sharapova thread, and I'm a 57 year old tennis playing male. I like Maria just the way she is! Her body and total appearance is exquisite to me. No "huge boob jobs" for me (in fact I have been referring to John Edwards as the political equivalent of breast implants for about a year now).
I also liked Martina Hingis. I wish she would not have lost interest and been overpowered by stronger, bigger players. She played the game so intelligently, she was a tactician on the court in her teens like Rod Laver in his 30's. What a waste that she seems to have quit.
No "skanky" women for me.
Hey now. That's not fair!
