Oh, I will. I'm gonna be busting my butt the rest of this week, but I'm leaving early Saturday to go to Little Rock. After that, I will only have to go in for a half day or so next week. I will be off the rest of the time.

Mom's been in jail 3 times since we've had the kids, for hot checks (I don't how old the original charges were, but she had them in 3 counties) and failing to appear. They keep letting her off with probation conditional on her making payments and seeing the PO, but she never does. I guess this last time, they gave her 30 days in jail and suspended all but 7 days. I wish somebody would tell me what the h*ll is the point!

Well, I think in my case it is a combination of the sadness I feel for some of these children and what I'd like to do to some of the parents, but on a deeper level, I think it is more about battling the demons that rob these people of life and joy.
