Check out the DUhmmies. I guess they have NOTHING to be thankful for this year. Shouldn't they be thankful that we haven't rounded them up and had them executed or put in DUhmmy reeducation camps? After all, according to them, Bush would cause such things to happen.

I think they believe we
are rounding them up as we speak.
Stuffing them with turkey is only a bait and switch trap!
How did this many people get so clinically certifiable?

"You get a long weekend now?" Theoretically. In reality though, I have to go out and try to initiate an investigation this morning and I am on call through the weekend.
"Sounds like you could use it......."
No doubt about it.

The older ones who never grew up (see Churchill's famous doesn't have a brain comment) don't have an excuse.
The younger ones can usually still learn.........
a few whacks on the head might help!

"Will you cook a turkey" Nope! Might cook a hamburger. LOL! Or maybe I'll splurge and go pick up a plate of something to go while I'm out, but I don't much care one way or another. I can be thankful without gorging myself. I'll probably cook one for Christmas, or maybe I'll cook a goose. I haven't done one of those for a long time. They just don't have the meat a turkey has though, and I do love the leftovers.

An aside....
Just read a tear jerking salute to fallen marines in "The American Thinker" blog.
A reminder while we enjoy the day set aside to thank God for our blessings.......and remember those who are laying it on the line so we can do so.
