they lived in a hotel in DC while his father was Senator. he was not raised in VA.
Tipper has a house in VA - Alexandria, I think. Once he was married, that's where they spent all their time.
xsSIL's sister attends the same church as the Gore parents in TN, and had seen him sleeping through the service there. poor al didn't carry his native home of TN nor his adopted home of VA, no one loves poor al and that is why he is blowing himself up like the michelin man.....
Al Gore is looking more and more like one of the people Jeff Foxworthy makes a living joking about-all he needs to complete the look is jeans, a plaid shirt and a wallet with a chain on it.
