Here's another twist in the strange story about the wife beating county recorder Pat O'Malley who was almost defeated in socialist Cuyahoga County by Tim "the good" O'Malley.

The warrant also mentioned O'Malley's brother, Cleveland Councilman Michael O'Malley, seeking any correspondence between him and the various parties in the deal and proof of any transfer of money to him exceeding $200. The search warrant for the computers reveals that the FBI also is looking for "material containing child pornography."

Earlier this month, O'Malley's wife, Vicki, was ordered to turn over a tool box that belongs to her husband. The tool box may include "evidence relating to the possession of child pornography," according to a subpoena.

The settlement called for Eller Media to dismantle more than 700 inner-city billboards. In return, City Council approved legislation that created a dozen vastly more lucrative sites along interstates. Eller was allowed to erect billboards on half the sites.

The content of the billboards wasn't an issue. In fact, this is the first I learned about his shady billboard dealings. The media mostly covers the wife beating, and now kiddie porn. I had some serious schadenfreude hearing about that this morning.
