I don't need no steenkin' excuses...
Army Navy game is this weekend...you gonna watch it? It's the only game I watch that I believe isn't rigged.
Think I'll get some hotwings and chips and soda and have a party for the guys...
'mornin
Itsa 'nuther one of them "you know who" days...
Got Jr. up and went back to bed like I usually do when I'm not going to the gym. When I got up an hour later, he was still asleep. Hadta take him to school.
Then, I've been workin' on this gag gift project for our Music and Fine Arts Pastor and our Director. Stopped by Kinko's to get it printed this morning. The woman helping me wanted to check to make sure she could read the CD. Then she turned to me and said "it would be easier if there was a CD in the case." Sigh...it's still in the computer at home.
I'll cast a third vote for goin' home. I believe that makes it Biblical.
Show went well last night. But it's too long. We have to have it under an hour and forty-five minutes to be able to turn the parking lot between performances on the weekend. I'm sure they'll be working all day to make the needed edits.
We also had an actress fall in the first scene. She's okay but a bit sore. She's in her 50s and is not a small woman. Thinks she either bruised a rib or separated it from the tendon. But she's a trooper and finished the show, and I'm sure she'll be back tonite.
Got my first seed catalog of the season yesterday. Need to start planning.
*sigh*
I'm not sure I'm going to bother next year, except with flowers.
But I do want those, and lots of 'em.
Costochondral tear...ouch, that hurts!
Yeah. She said she's done it before.
If there's a good side. She's playing a character that supposed to be in her 80s. So her onstage movement is limited.
Hey, last night...I was thinking about how Joshua has things he likes and doesn't like and I stood there thinking about it, looking at the bed, right? I like my covers tucked in. I mean tight. I don't want those covers to move, you know?
Well, Steve never liked that, so for all these years I've not done it. Last night, I tucked my side all the way in! Steve even held up the mattress so I could do it and not hurt my neck again.
Ok, so we're laying there and I thanked him for helping me. He said "Anything to accomodate." and I replied "Ok, get up...I gotta go to the bathroom." (my side being all tucked in, you know...)
Took him a little longer than I thought it would to realize I was joking...
Heh...remember the other day when I sent something out for Bored approval and they decided to edit it a few minutes later?
Rasputin just came in and said "who gave you the authority to do that?"
I said, "you did. here's a copy of the email."
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Maybe it won't be such a Corin day after all...
If you're still looking for a cheap red wine, this might help. I just got this by email from a friend:
Wal-Mart announced this morning that they will soon be offering customers a new discount item: Wal-Mart's own brand of wine. The world's largest retail chain is teaming up with E&J Gallo Winery of California, to produce the spirits at an affordable price, in the $2-5 range. Wine connoisseurs may not be inclined to throw a bottle of Wal-Mart brand into their shopping carts, but "there is a market for cheap wine", said Kathy Micken, professor of marketing. She said: "But the right name is important." Customer surveys were conducted to determine the most attractive name for the Wal-Mart brand. The top surveyed names in order of popularity are:
10. Chateau Traileur Parc
9. White Trashfindel
8. Big Red Gulp
7. World Championship Riesling
6. NASCARbernet
5. Chef Boyardeaux
4. Peanut Noir
3. I Can't Believe It's Not Vinegar!
2. Grape Expectations
And the number 1 name for Wal-Mart Wine:
1. Nasti Spumante
The beauty of Wal-Mart wine is that it can be served with either white meat (Possum) or red meat (Squirrel).
hehehe!!!
What was his response??
LOL!
According to the article, I need a Red Zinfandel, 16% Alcohol. It has the most of what's good for you.
Where on earth is Hair?? I wonder if she's offline again...
It was basically "Oh, okay." But it was clear that he knew I was only doing that they told me.
Is the article online? Do you have a link?
BWA HA HA .. Leave it to me to come in right at the talk about WINE!!
I thought you were serious for a minute!
Good morning everyone..............
