Those things are spooky. We go by a garden on the way to El Paso. They look like spirits waving their arms:')
No but that's not stopping them from trying:')
I don't think it's the fisherman but the "big house" people that are fussing. You know, "it's ok in your back yard but not mine but be sure and route us some energy"
Sen. USS Oldsmobile Commander, does not want those generators in his backyard.......
On the whole, I would prefer those over nuclear power.
Nukes are really spooky......
: )
That's true but we don't get to drive by those so we can kind of forget about them:') This probably sounds weird but it's miles of desert and I think about what it must have been like 200 years ago. Sometimes , it feels like Indians watching from the mesas (on paints of course) and I wonder what they would have thought if they came across these things. Silly huh?
There are some fishermen that are against the windmill generators, but I certainly won't deny that there are other factors involved. If it's a cleaner source of energy, why not, but I honestly don't know enough about it to argue for or against it, so I'll hush now. :-)
"I've actually lost a friendship over Bush being re-elected, believe it or not, because this person said that they didn't want to be associated with a "Bush-loving-P.O.S." and he "No longer wanted to be associated with me and my kind"
You did not lose much.....
: )
Yes, the power they produce is awesome. : )
Doesn't sound like a friend worth having anyway. His/her loss. You are right though. I was disappointed when Clinton won but I didn't cry and carry on.
The Indians were fasinated by telegraph wires too. : )
LOL! That was the perfect thing to say.... : )
Well hang in there. They say they are leaving:')
The same behavior is going on all over the nation. Not sure where it is going but it is not good at all.
I work for my husband and I just asked if I could come in late Monday so I could see Sarah Lee off. He told me "she's just a hose, baby. Oh wait. You have to take a picture, right?" :'(
The % of true radicals probably low . I'm hoping GB can reach out to the sensible ones that aren't republican"yet".
