Those dunking idiots. On defense all a team has to do against them is stand close to the basket and not let the idiots in close for an easy dunk.
280 million people in this country and there weren't any shooters to be found who could join the team?
It's absurd to say that whites are not as good at basketball. They've been man-handled by whites all throughout the olympics.

in countries where whites arent discriminated against from a young age...they can grow up to be very good basketball players.....our system doesnt allow that however due to systematic racism.

The NBA guys are great athletes, but not great basketball players.

It seems like in the 90s basketball became more and more black-dominated, as teams tried to get people who were like Michael Jordan.
I don't think the Celtics from the 80s would have had any trouble with these Argentinians.
NBA ball has gotten dumber and dumber, and more boring to watch.

And NBA ball is dumber because the college game is dumber than it used to be. And the high school game is dumber than it used to be.
Allen Iverson said it best: "Practice?"

It is not a black/white issue. The black Lakers won more championships in the 80's than the Celtics. And like those Celtics they would destroy any team in todays league. You can call it black basketball but it is realy junk basketball, street basketball, the kind of crap you play on the playground and white kids in America play the same junk ball. It is a game that is dominated by players "making their moves" There is no offense, there is no defense. There is really nothing you can watch on NBA basketball that you can go down to the local park and see.

This is a black guy saying this. Otherwise he would have gotten in big, big trouble.

I don't think the Detroit Pistons would have had any problems. Simple fact is, this is a worthless team made up of great players.

Wouldn't it be great if international basketball raised the hoop to 12 feet! Then if you saw a dunk, you'd be watching an athletic feat rather than a hoop misplacement.

During his 15-year tenure in the NBA, Dawkins' signature move was bulldozing to the basket and smashing the Plexiglas backboard to smithereens. He was brash, outlandish, funny, and irresistible. He called himself "Chocolate Thunder," claimed to be from the planet Lovetron, and devised names for his more awesome dunks among the most noteworthy were In Your Face Disgrace, Cover Yo Damn Head, Sexophonic Turbo Delight, and his classic If You Ain't Groovin' Best Get Movin'-Chocolate Thunder Flyin'-Robinzine Cryin'-Teeth Shakin'-Glass Breakin'-Rump Roastin'-Bun Toastin'-Glass Still Flyin' Wham-Bam-I-Am Jam!Dawkins was a player/coach of the local CBA team here in Sioux Falls for a while. I met the guy and he's truly funny, and big-hearted.

The NBA should go to the International rules. The NBA is one on one ball and it is loosing credibility. Stars control officials in the US.

I think Darryl Dawkins is on to something.

Stars control officials in the US. For economic reasons, yes they do.
And Team USA is exposed for it.
With all this stuff in the news about War Crimes & Atrocities...

Put this one down as a US Atrocitie

Nah...read it closely.
It is "society's fault" that basketball has deteriorated because there are not other opportunities for black youths to express themselves.
