I would be curious to see what statistics might show if we compare what percentage of Democrat bumper-sticker cars are vandalized versus Republican bumper-sticker cars.
Magnetic bumper stickers for when you park in liberal-infested areas - I like that idea!
I'm from Zoo Jersey and I put a bumper sticker on today that says - I voted " STRAIGHT" Republican !
Bumper Sticker Ping!
Our van and car are full of bumper stickers. Believe it or not, we get way more honks, smiles and thumbs up than the middle finger!
Living in Portland, Oregon - that would be everywhere I park! LOL - though that's not a bad idea since I'm just itchin' to put a sticker on my car.
I did notice, however, that most Kerry stickers here are taped inside the back window - I wondered why - might they have the same fear or (my first thought) so they can remove it quickly when he fails in November.
I got a W'04 sticker, and recently got my "SC is GOP Country" sticker (which hubby put on his truck). Bush/Cheney campaign finally sent me my Bush/Cheney '04 sticker which I need to affix to my vehicle ASAP.
Down here there isn't any danger of anti-conservative vandalism I don't think- but you do see some Kerry stickers.
It's quite the opposite here in God's country, Texas. I make it a point to voice my anger towards those who display vulgar or hateful things towards Bush. I don't flip people off, but I will verbally confront them if I can.
LOL!!! That's a good one!
That reminds me of all the "don't blame me I voted for Bush" stickers back during the Clinton days.
When I pass cars with Kerry bumper stickers, I look at the driver & laugh.
Based strictly on eyeballing the "character" of 'rats -- or lack thereof -- incidents of democrat vandalism outnumber republican vandalism by a margin more than four to one (p<0.001).
Indeed, where I live and in Orange County I get a lot of thumbs up. And a lot of laughs. My signs are really in the face of the DemocRATS. Yesterday, on the freeway in enemy territory, it was the middle digit.
We saw a great Kerry/ Fonda 04 bumper sticker in Grand Junction, western Colorado. Gave the guy a thumbs-up. And went home (to LA) and ordered one. I don't think it's on the car yet but it is very nice. Has a North Vietnamese flag on it. haha.
Make yourself a small sign that you lay in the seat next to you. It should say YES! BUSH IS #1. When a dimwit democrat flips you off - show them that sign. Write one in a mirror too so you can get them going and coming!
I fear my car will be vandalized too because of Bush stickers. If or when that happens, I plan on turning it in to my insurance and fingering the local democrat precinct for it. I know it wont work, but I WILL do it. This is the USA, anyone can claim anything againts anyone else. I think it would be fun.
I believe that our side would have very few who would do damage to others' property. When we demonstrate, we are not the ones who break windows, turn over police vehicles, and trash the streets. Their side does that.
I've been waiting to be flipped-off, but nothing yet. I guess I shouldn't wish for it though.
I think you have a sign to hold up that is a little less confrontational than mine. Mine says KISS MY *SS.
My daughter was accosted the other day (has a Bush Cheney sticker on her car)
