I remember when the NHL playoffs were over in early May. The playoffs almost seem as long as the regular season. It seems like two months ago that the Bruins were eliminated in Round One.

I'm here. I love this stuff.
This has been an outstanding series, between two small-market teams.
I have no favorite; I just want to see a good game.
Uh-oh. Tampa on first power play.

It's kinda funny, the deciding game of the NHL season is being played on a day that it was 90 degrees outside.

The Tampa Bay goaltender, Nikolai Khabiboulan, is the key to this game.
He can throw a shutout, at any time.

It was six weeks ago when Dallas was flushed.

Cowboys have had awful teams the past several years.

Cowboys have had awful teams the past several years. Yuk-yuk. I was referring to the Stars.
As for the Cowboys, yes.
But, for the future, never, EVER, bet against Bill Parcells.

Tampa - Power Play # 2. Both teams looking pretty tentative early.

Oh, dang! The Stars!! They did good this year! I like Steve Nash, he's quick!

Did you just hear that? Ruslan Fedetenko's family just got a satellite dish in Kiev, and they were able to see him score that first goal!

End of 1 period: Tampa Bay 1 Calgary 0
So far, so good....
To: sinkspur
I'm content with either winning, but sad to see Calgary lose (I like underdogs). But being in Florida, might favor the bolts. Decisions, decisions...well, just want a good game.

My favorite teams are Miami Dolphins and whoever is playing the LA Lakers (or Atlanta Braves, whichever is playing) :o)
