Has Meryl Streep turned into Hillary Clinton's evil twin?
Hollywood and Washington are buzzing about Streep's Hillaryesque portrayal of a diabolical U.S. senator in the updated "The Manchurian Candidate."
Paramount execs - particularly die-hard Democrat Sherry Lansing - are said to be worried about offending New York's junior senator. And while it's too late to change Streep's Hillary hairdo and suit, the studio honchos have reportedly asked director Jonathan Demme to edit out some of her more obvious Clinton mannerisms.
"Meryl is brilliantly scary and evil," a source reports on www.aflyonethewall.journalspace.com. "Meryl has the Hillary hand gestures totally down pat. ... You feel like you're watching Hillary Clinton conspire to take over the world. The Republican Hillary-haters should totally eat this up."
Paramount honcho Robert Friedman told us: "We're thrilled with both the movie and Meryl Streep and it's patently untrue that we're reediting her performance."
Streep, who is on vacation in China with her family, couldn't be reached to clarify how much of HRC she borrowed.

Streep may be the finest actress of our time, imo.
I need to know these things now since we bought another new car (traded the last new car for a new rocket ship, same model car, rocket engine. Think "we're" having a midlife thingy exacerbated by Mr. B's love of cars.) Mr. B prefers me to park as far away from the other cars as possible.
Parking all by my lonesome may have a benefit, at least the car jacker won't have other cars to hide behind. :-)
Good job, Mr.B - keep the family in shiney new rigs.
Be sure that they're over 6000lbs GVW and receive up to $100,000 in a tax CREDIT, if you're in business for yourself...
shiney = shiny, of course.
More rain heading in.
Wow, thanks for the info. I've sent it on to everyone on my emailing list.
I don't have the ping list. Can you put it on the new thread please?
I wasn't sure which category to put the thread in...I chose "Miscellaneous". Is that right?
