During his prime the network cameras would invariably focus in on her in the stands for long periods of time, and I never could understand why. Did they find her butch hair cut sociologically interesting?

In a way, I think they kind of did. Most players' wives look like models, while Brenda Warner looked like the kind of wife you'd see for a guy who worked at a grocery store (which she was, before Kurt made it to the Rams.) I think she was fascinating to the cameras just because she looked so ordinary, and was married to a star player.

Favre will go down as one of the all time greats.

I watched him play several games while I was at Southern Miss in the late 80's.

If Archie had played on a quality team he may well have been the best ever. I guess we will never know.

I do remember a great college QB named Randy Johnson (no not that Randy Johnson) who played for the Atlanta Falcons in their first year. He played pretty well and they won three games which was a record for an expansion team at the time, but was so beaten up and demoralized that he never did realize his potential.

You never know. She was red headed and freckle faced and more cute than pretty but I would not be surprised if she turned out to be a beauty.

Would also not be surprised if she didn't.

Farve might go down as one of the all time great ARMS, but not as one of the all time greats.
