I like that picture of Carly. Who needs a smile when you can sport a saucy look instead? Literally.
To: ValerieUSA

I don't mean to complicate your life!
I was just hoping for a companion for a while.
Thought it might be nice if it were you!

Nice. There are several babies at my stable. One just a few days old.
To: Mo1
For some ODD reason he's in this "I'm trying to be a helpful hubby" phase Maybe he is afraid you are having a cyber affair. LOL
To: NYTexan
That's very sweet. A kidless cruise is tempting.

Think about it!?!

*L* .. no I don't think that's it.
He made the mistake a few months back at making some smart a$$ comment and I just snapped at him BIG TIME about all the things I have to do around this house and the last thing I wanted to hear was some smart a$$ comment from him.
Ever since, he's been the helpful hubby .. he's even been doing the laundry .. which I wish he'd knock that off also
I didn't want him to do anything .. just to drop the smart a$$ comments

Who? Sorry, I was joshing you. I thought you knew everyone here.
I asked Westy to go on the cruise with me and he turned me down flat. He is a well traveled man, but prefers the Baja over shrimp coctails on the deck of a cruise ship.

Speaking of smart a$$es.. I fell off my horse twice today and in a world of hurt. No whining allowed. My husband told me "suck it up or take up crochet :'(

Just sore and mostly humiliated lol. My saddle slipped. I thought I was ok but I wasn't and couldn't get my right leg up to get off and leaned too far and ate dirt again. The horse did real good though :')

Ever since, he's been the helpful hubby .. he's even been doing the laundry .. which I wish he'd knock that off also Omg...I am laughing so hard. A couple of years ago when I was visiting in Louisiana, my hubby did the laundry.
He washed and DRIED three SPANDEX gym outfits of mine. Needless to say, I couldn't even get my hand in them again, much less my body.

night

Sorry to hear that about your prospective date!
Although trail riding on a dirtbike through the southwest is my idea of fun, a relaxing cruise is soon to be in order!

I haven't ridden a horse in years. The horsies I met today seemed pretty friendly though, and I wanted to trade in my van for a saddle for a few hours.
To: NYTexan
You can take my kids out on the trail, and I will cruise!
hmmmm .... probably not at all what you had in mind.
To: CindyDawg
Just sore and mostly humiliated lol I can relate .. YEARS ago I was up at my sister inlaw's parents farm and fell off a horse .. it wasn't pretty
There's an old saying .. You can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl
I decided it was just best to leave horse riding up to folks who know what they are doing ..
