yeah, and Luke wins! Kinda like the odds at Helm's Deep.

Hmmm--well, at Helm's Deep the Ents were the biggest guys, so I guess that means Luke needs an ally larger than the 12" Vader--maybe I could use my brother's 2-foot Millennium Falcon replica for that :)

Sounds good! Recipes? :) Speaking of that, tonight I tried crab rangoon filling inside celery sticks, sort of like cream cheese except with crab in addition to cheese. It was pretty good.

Hours? Try minutes! We get 20 minutes per day. Is that disgusting, or what? They total by the week, so for me it adds up to 80 minutes, since I'm on 4x10's

Sorry, still a little annoyed about it.

I see on the website that the Viper V10 is the ONLY one in existence. They lost the molds in a fire and it will not go into production.

Probably have to pay more for that that for the full-scale version... :-)

Remember that big pile of brush that wouldn't burn before?

Got it burned today. I'd prove it with the ash-pile, but Sonya's got the camera for the week.

Sonya and Tim are on their honeymoon.... Mariner's spring training in Peoria AZ.

She has a nice film camera with a zoom lens for pics at the ball field, but wanted a small digital in case Edgar buys her another drink at the bar. I can't ~believe~ she didn't get a picture with him.

If yer a gearhead at all. Here's another one for ya'. This guy makes runnning 1/4 scale Small-block Chavy V-8 engines.

Vey cool :) I used to do some model-building when I was little but haven't done it for a long time. Last year I got the urge to put together a few of those old Aurora monster statues that you glue together and while I was at the store I started looking through the Legos and Erector sets and stuff. Made me want to get back into it, so I will check out that site. Fun way to learn mechanical stuff IMO.

20 minutes per day? Sorry... I don't follow... is this your work internet access that does this?

That's lame...

Oh, if only it was that simple. This is not an ISP problem, it's my stupid employer. We all have internet access through our network, but they monitor everything and then provide supervisors with weekly reports on how much time their employees have spent online. this report doesn't distinguish between work-related and private internet usage at all.

If I had a reasonable, descent boss it wouldn't be a problem. However, she starts making an issue out of it if we get above 100 minutes per week!

So I'm hoping I can find a way to access the internet on a handheld, pocket-PC or if I must, a laptop, that wouldn't go through the company network but that I could use during the day while I'm at work. I have Earthlink DSL at home, so I'll probably check them first.

Evenin'!

Man, am I beat. We burned more brush today... one more pile to go, then the pasture is clear again. It looks like grass will be growing again soon, so we are working on cleaning it up a bit.

Beautiful warm sunny day here... even got to take my shirt off for a bit while working!

I can spend that in a morning just trying to get product information for work. Dang!

This is the basic recipe that I used. (Yes, it really was from the back of the box!)

Recipe From : Back of Pasta Box
Serves : 8
Prep. Time : 0:50

2 eggs - beaten
(2) 15 oz. tubs ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - low-fat okay
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - low-fat okay
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 dash black pepper
12 oz. box jumbo shell pasta - prepared as directed
28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - low-fat okay

-Combine eggs, cheeses, and seasonings in bowl.
-Spoon about 3 Tbls. cheese mixture into each shell.
-Spread 2 Tbls. of the spaghetti sauce in bottom of 13" X 9" baking dish.
-Arrange shells in dish over sauce.
-Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells.
-Sprinkle cheese over sauce.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

How I changed it:

-Substitute one 8 oz pkg cream cheese for ricotta cheese. (that was all I had)
-Add 1/2 c. parmesan cheese to mixture in addition to what recipe calls for

I served it with mixed veggies that were cooked with garlic, butter, and oregano.

I can imagine! It can take at least 20 minutes a day just to find the first thing you're looking for. It's ridiculous, isn't it????
