Good... not even the Dems have suggested single-party marriages... Um...how to put this delicately. Actually Jocelyn Elder was quite the proponent of...uh...self love...

"chat" is the religion forum now?

I am sorta upset. Can I dump on you this time?
Myranda called. It seems I'm not going to have a chance to see her for quite some time. She is too busy doing other things. And will be starting college classes the same week of entmoot so can't get up here after that.
Can I cry? She called to say she loves me and doesn't want me to be lonely. But, I'm just lonesome for her. :-(

This pie turned out better than the "Two Pumpkin Pies for Two Dead Guys" ones I made when we got "The Boys"!

Er no...but I still read some of the threads. They've gone from arguing theology to playing a "my club is better than your club" game. So I told 'em they were all an embarrassment.

ya might glance at post #1262 Oh, yeah. Well, there's that.

I'm sorry WN. I don't quite understand that.

Heh...looks like Josh is saying "enough with the pictures already, let's have pie!"

She's just grown up. And busy. I know that. But, I'm lonesome and it's going to be tough having Christmas without her and Grama.
One of these days I'm going to have to do what Grama told me and get a life again. :-)

Afternoon; we braved the elements, okay, no elements, just traffic, sheesh. Got the Priate CD from the Video Rental, a fire and soup will go good with it.
Corin; dang, you guys are as good as the tool time guy. Congrats on progress made on all the fronts.
2jm; great pic, I happen to notice that not everyone is looking directly at the camera. :-) I'm with him, the pie looks great.
Sam, any Frosty's bit the dust yet. Good Flinging to ya, mate.

From Basra airport?
To: Wneighbor
I guess it's all perspective, 'cause I'm thinkin' that time alone, even at Christmas, sound like a luxury.
My b-i-l decided this morning that the end of the "to do" list only comes with death or divorce...

I was hoping Saddam would come in dead. But with him alive, it means he's not a martyr. Maybe we can get him to talk. I'd prefer Saddam dead in his rat hole, but he can be useful alive, too. We need to spruce him up, take him to a luxurious setting, and show him smokin' and jokin' with his captors. Heck, we know Peter Jackson has enough special effects experience to show Saddam at Bush's ranch eating barbecue ribs.
With Saddam in the brig on Diego Garcia, nobody can say he's not in the US willingly spilling his guts. We could take our own perfect Saddam double and have him pointing at a map of Iraq while generals scribble notes. We could even have him take a swig from a can of beer.
Then we could announce that Saddam has reformed, and will be going back to Iraq to run for mayor of some small town after attending the DemocRATic convention as a VIP delegate.
We didn't kill him, but we can still use him to mess with some minds.

Corin; dang, you guys are as good as the tool time guy. Honestly, I couldn't do it without my b-i-l's help. But he knows the alternative is for her to move into his house. ;-)
