You have defeated the vile porcelain god, you may add 'Slayer of Procelained Evil' to your title, and may display your vanquished foe's head on your gates so that all may cower in fear of your skill and prowess in battle!

Cool.
I would have launched it or exploded it by now...

Hot Artichoke Crabmeat Dip

Prep time 20 minutes
Bake time 25-30 minutes

1 Pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 C. mayonaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
14 oz. artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups crabmeat, chopped
1/4 cup (3ozs) grated, fresh parmasan cheese
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions, with tops
1 lemon
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
additional sliced green onions

1-Preheat oven to 350 (degrees F). Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in classic batter bowl. Mix well. Press garlic into batter bowl, using garlic press

2-Using small colander, drain artichokes. Chop artichokes and crabmeat using food chopper. Grate parmasan cheese, using deluxe cheese grater. Slice green onions with chef's knife. Zest lemon with lemon zester/scorer to measure 1 tsp. zest. Add artichokes, crabmeat, parmasan cheese, green onions, lemon zest and black pepper to batter bowl; mix well.

3-Spoon mixture into deep dish baker. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and additional green onions. Serve with any cracker, but I prefer wheat.

Yields" 4 cups (16 servings)

Calories: 200 per 1/4 cup dip.

Cooks tips: Any style of crabmeat, chunk, flake or leg can be used in this receipe.

Dip can be made up to a day in advance. To make ahead, spoon mixture into baker, cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, remove baker from refrigerator while preheating oven. Bake uncovered as receipe directs.

I hope your family enjoys this as much as mine has. I serve this along with their sundowner beverages. I never have any leftovers.

It's like I said on the other thread, Mo. You can't use spell check! No one would recognize you. We would be too afraid you had been taken over by aliens. I suggest that you immediately disable that feature! LOL!

Gran, I hope you find that. Oh, she wants to know if you want her Pear Clafout receipe. (I love that one Gran, and could eat my weight in them).

I couldn't find Saki today -- until I noticed flowers on the floor that had been in a basket on top of the entertainment center... then I found her.
