He can still flee the USA. When it comes right down the possibility of serious jail time, he'll split or slit.

Judge: Michael Jackson, I sentence you to thirty years in prison.
*Jackson nods.*
Judge: Also, you cannot see the new Peter Pan movie.
Jackson: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

I've thought of that, too. He's not doing too well, music-wise; he is supposedly on the verge of bankruptcy; and, now this.

Unhinged Michael Jackson went into mid-air meltdown and tried to flee America as he flew home to be arrested and handcuffed... Developing... Speaking of which, where IS Roman Polanski these days?

He had to surrender his passport, but that's not the problem. The problem would be finding a country willing to take him.

I've thought of that, too. He's not doing too well, music-wise; he is supposedly on the verge of bankruptcy; and, now this. He probably won't have to worry about wolves at the door until people stop playing Beatles records, and that doesn't look like it will happen any time soon. Remember, they just released a new edition of Let It Be, and MJ's Number Ones CD is aping a trend set by The Beatles' chart-topping One CD.
