I too believe that the banning of MrLeroy was not warranted. I found his argument about the excesses of the ABC agentcies (DEA CIA ETC) VERY informative about the trend by some to trash the Bill of Rights. I find it extremely offensive that so called conservatives will loudly rail about the infingment of one right ( example 2nd amendment) and yet remain quiet ... or worse applaud the infringement of another right that goes against their/our own beliefs. That my friends is hypocricy ... remember ... that is what we accuss the liberals of doing. YOU CANT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS. Either we have a Bill of Rights (ALL OF IT) ... or we don't. If FR has ANY integrity ... you WILL reinstate MrLeroy ... or YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN THE LIBERALS

1) Bashing George W Bush like a DU troll.

2) Bashing FR on another Internet Chat Forum.

I hear over at red top mtn DNR is going to bring in "sharpshooters" to slay bambi and her offspring which was created by the DNR. Course, that is another thread for another time. Meanwhile, bots are on red alert with orders to fire at will. It's sorta like when the watch commander demands some body bags...then it becomes a game who tags the most and who tags the most infamous having the biggest rack.

Pardon my interruption, but since you're here and engaging, I would like to ask a question of an AM. Course I've queried other AMs before without response, but I come from the old school where we were taught that even if we fail, to try and try again.

My question is, is it even remotely possible that an AM might still post under another name? My thinking is that if an AM was not a regular poster in the past life, then how the heck can an AM be qualified to judge and rule upon the discourse here? Striking this and banning that?

That is surprising, I thought his posts in threads that I frequent were well thought out and presented in a reasonable manner. I usually saw the personal attacks and name calling coming at him not from him.

That said, I don't generally frequent the other subject threads you indicate that he acted in this manner. To give me a full picture can you send me a link to one of the threads you mention?

I agree, both should get a poster banned. I do hope that critical discussion of GWB is considered appropriate (only in valid areas, of course).

I understand that JR has complete autonomy with regard to the content of this board and the membership. I accepted that when I signed up as a member. However, I think it would be in the best interest for me as a poster to know if anything outside the stated rules will cause a banning. I would prefer to understand ahead of time and if I offend JR I would hope a warning would be forthcoming.

Could you cite some specific examples?

I've only encountered Mr.LeRoy on WoD threads, and his behaviour and demeanor on those threads were certainly not marked with violence. I find it hard to believe his "character" as a poster could change that radically from one topic to the next.

You should be able to come up with many examples of such churlish behavior. And though you are profuse in "thank[ing] God he was banned" I doubt that God is pulling overtime as a Moderator on this board.

He asked some tough questions of professing 'conservatives' and even tho they refused to answer and/or resorted to namecalling and more irrationality, he kept asking with calm and clarity. I miss his postings.
