That's an interesting theory. Someone on this site predicted an attack on San Diego during Monday night football on the first day of Ramadan (10/27). Then they had those incredible fires in San Diego that forced the game to be moved to Arizona. Could the fires have been an Act of God that prevented a terror strike on Qualcomm stadium in San Diego? Who knows, but if there's another attack on MNF I might just believe it.
