Well, a big division is the Mississippi River and the Ohio. We had one of the Mississippi bridges out down here and it caused regional disruptions. If they somehow managed to knock out several, it could cause national disruptions.

the idea that the same group that can only manage to kill 11 people with a car bomb at a soft target inside saudi arabia, can also nuke LA, NY, an DC, is very far fetched. Was the car bomb run by OBL directly. We know that 9/11 was planned by him. The idea that a group that could pull of 9/11, hijacking four planes and destroying the largest office buildings in the country could pull off a second large coordinated action does not seem far fetched to me. Nukes may be a stretch, I'll grant you that.
