Killing non-combat people is a war crime. There are citizens there that can’t even shoot a weapon and are being instructed as to how. They obviously have not been in combat. So do you kill people for being stupid or mislead? We could have to take out a large piece of the US population for that. Can’t just hit a rally.

It indicates the regime are probably running of men. Just like Hitler reverted to women and children in his last days, the regime is doing this as well.

You seem to be into Geo H Bush’s concept of “kinder, gentler” war.
