I was taught that when representing the company that I worked for that when anything bad, disastrous, embarrassing, or just simply inconvenient took place in public view, I was to respond with...."I'm so glad that happened".
And it works!!!

One of the great things about America is how we make use of the learning we can obtain from failure. I think we do this better than any other culture. We’re not the only ones who do it of course, but our failure culture is the most productive on Earth.
Every mistake is a chance to learn, and the more painful the mistake is, the more learning there is to get.
If Bezos and his team don’t give up, and keep moving forward, they’ll come out ok in the end. And America will benefit incalculably from having the first competitive orbital vehicle marketplace in history.

Except in the political sphere. We learned nothing from what was a facade of the Biden presidency. The country was effectively run by a handful of people for four years, none of whom received a single vote. And yet no one will be held accountable for this grotesque violation of our fundamental principles of governing. And therefore nothing has been learned or corrected.

The video mostly addresses reconstruction and availability of the pad infrastructure.
The elephant in the room isn't the pad, it's "What caused the explosion?".
Until they figure that out and fix the cause, the pad availability and condition is a peripheral issue, not a prime factor in the next launch.

I would guess an update on a huge explosion would, itself, be βhuge.β

Figuring out what caused the explosion is boring hard work.
Saying how wonderful the company is—much more fun!

They appear to be using this failure to change their approach to launching, which will, or at least could, greatly reduce their recovery time.

Most likely culprit is the Blue Origin-built, experimental BE-4 engine which is also used by ULA in its stage one Vulcan Centaur rocket. ULA will now have to wait until the engine is cleared and deemed safe for launch.
When will BO announce the cause? Never. In keeping with company secrecy - they have never announced the cause of the test stand explosion, nor the fate of the upper stage of their last launch failure.

Yes, I'm sure a lot of telemetry data analysis is going on over the first stage engine performance. It has to be a prime suspect given the origins of the flame at the dry fire.
However, rule nothing out, lots of moving parts and pressure vessel opportunities to fail too.
