Donald Trump's ousted border chief Gregory Bovino has launched a blistering public attack on Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin and senior Trump aide Susie Wiles at a far-right 'Remigration' summit in Porto, Portugal, on Sunday, accusing the administration of trying to 'water down' mass deportation plans.

NOW — REPORTER: “Former Border Patrol official Greg Bovino has been critical—”
DHS SEC. MARKWAYNE MULLIN: “—I never met the guy. Never met the guy.”
REPORTER: “A reaction to what he said?”
MULLIN: “No. He’s irrelevant to me. I don’t know who he is. What else?
Short video at link. Markwaynne comes off like a real jerk.

That is what he is, a real jerk. No matter what he does he seems to go out of his way to be a jerk.
How you treat people who can’t do a thing for you is a major mark of character and he does not have any.
He’s not entirely wrong.
Hmmm...
When DJT became President, there were 20-25 million filthy vile migrant invaders in our country, and the borders were wide open...
Well, the borders are closed very effectively, but how many millions of the invading rabble have been deported?
I’m betting that when we go to vote, here in MD, this November, there will still be three (3) long lines with translators to handle non-English-speaking voters and one long-assed line for us citizens as usual...

The Putnam County School System (PCSS) in Tennessee had a total enrollment of approximately 11,762 to 12,000 students during the 2023-2024 school year. I heard the County supervisor on the radio a few days ago saying the student population this year is 2,100 less than last year. That’s what—a 20% decrease?
Another thing. 3 Hispanic people I used to sell hens/roosters to are no longer answering their phones. Gone home? or just laying low?
Of these 13 million, one can add the untold millions that had illegally entered the country in previous decades.
Of these, the Trump administration brags that it has deported a whopping 650,000. The government says another 1.9 million immigrants left of their own accord.
When the shooting incident in Minneapolis occurred, many of us noted that the Trump administration was climbing down when it cut its deal with Minnesota, restricting the Trump administration's efforts to deport unlawful foreigners. The deal obviously was that the Trump administration would not engage in mass deportations but limit its proactive deportations to felons.
One can understand the immense logistical and legal impediments to physically removing millions of illegals. But one cannot understand the Trump administration fudging the reality. One cannot understand cutting a deal with the enemies in Minnesota and in the Democrat party, but misleading its own base.
One can ask how the administration has behaved concerning Ukraine, what is the truth about what is developing in Venezuela, what will the reality be of the resolution in Iran?
Unfortunately, 2 Minneapolis crazies got belligerent and ended up shot. [And those running the ICE protests want more to be killed]
I estimate something over 3 million gone by now. And an unknown number, to me, housed in ICE deportation centers with so-called judges blocking their deportation.
ICE raids, while indisputably necessary, are logistically incapable of moving this mass of people.
It is distressing that the administration has not made any moves that I know of to attack the economic basis upon which these people coexist in the United States. That is, no effort to strengthen laws and enforce laws prohibiting employment of illegals. No attempt to interdict payments supporting families and home countries. No serious attempts to eliminate these supports across the board for illegal immigrants.
Until these fundamental underpinnings are destroyed, we will keep chasing our tail.
Criticizing the US on foreign soil? That’s a no-no.
The way to get action on such as E-Verify, along with more effective pushing back on the rogue judges, is have the fanatic Democrats lose convincingly in November. Re E-Verify, there’s a lot of squishy Repubs (RINOs) and their contributors that want the cheap labor. Even so, cutting the Illegals employment opportunities should be tackled, just as you say.
Perhaps the SC, along with the legit judges, will be more likely to move, post a favorable election result, to overturn the blatantly political edicts the Democrats always quickly request.
In the end, it’s up to the voters - if given fairly cast and counted ballots.
Bovino was on Newsmax tonight, and critical of Mullin. Then they showed a clip of Mullen saying he didn’t know anything about Bovino. Bovino said they knew each other. It was interesting.

Excellent series of comments. I agree with every point you’ve made.

All well and truly said!
Wait for another election? Seriously?
When the Devil asked Eve, his statement was also not entirely wrong.

Notwithstang all the civic and legal resistance the whole deportation scene is feeling like more sound than fury.
Therecare so many targets rounding them up should be easy. Getting rid of them is a legal tar pit though. Biden’s gang saw to that giving court access to so many
“- if given fairly cast and counted ballots.”
Fat chance with the democrat vote fraud variations.
Stop some, there are many more.
They have been at it since at least 1960.
Whack a mole
