One Nation has won a federal special election – the first time the party has won an election for a federal House of Representatives seat.

One Nation (or, Pauline Hanson's One Nation) is generally regarded to be a populist-conservative party. It received 6.4% of the primary vote in in the last nationwide election of the lower house (governed by the transferable vote or instant run-off method), in 2025; but, elected no members. With a similar percentage of the popular vote, it has elected four Senators (in elections governed by proportional representation).
