Americans collectively just shrug, leaving those who make these decision go unpunished. The end is near, and even when it happens, Americans will just continue to shrug.

we need a serious purging of certain immigrants. They are following the playbook: infiltrate schools, appointed judgeships, and elected offices.

OMG!
this murderer is being paid $243,013.00 a year by California taxpayers?
and to “teach” (or indoctrinate) the youth, too!?

1. a homicide should result in more than only “up to only one year in prison” ... such a shocking low “price” is a crystal-clear message to other misfits in society to just get out there and kill people (it can be very profitable)

2. what community college pays anybody $242,013.00 a year?????? (except the highest “administrators” we know about that racket)

3. letting a murderer back into the classroom might just (hopefully) be TOO dam*ed much for even the commie/Nazi “progressives” to stomach? (or maybe not?)

California is broken. Get out as soon as you can!

it is a systemic breakdown..
1. immigration system - we DON’T need anti=American jihadists in USA!
2. courts
3. district attorney
4. college administration
5. college human relations, hiring system
6. public who put up with all of this krap and just let enemies (within and those funding them from both within and outside our country).......destroy our republic

where to start?

That is ridiculous. I thought that Somali fraudster in Minnesota who cut a plea deal with Attorney General Keith Ellison over an $11 million Medicaid fraud was bad.

Dems are half anti-Christ/terrorist organization. No jail for stealing $11 million from the taxpayer, and a year for terror/murder is absolutely De-Lu-Lu.

When you cede land to the enemies of the country, you are just hastening its demise. We've done that with the Northeast and Western coasts of the US, along with several pockets in the rest of the country.

As was stated on this forum over two decades ago, conservatives don't have the stomach for a real fight anymore. They have basically surrendered without realizing it.

there is a tiny spark of hope...
UK voters have pushed strongly away from Labour

(it still looks way way way too late for their country, though)

...the judge determined ‘two old guys had a dispute and an accident happened.'

Belting somebody over the head with a foreign object is seldom "accidental".

“Defense attorney Ron Bamieh said the offer came after several meetings with Malan and recalled that the judge determined ‘two old guys had a dispute and an accident happened.’”

It isn’t accidental to strike someone hard enough to kill them with an object. And one year in jail is a fallacy. A county judge (Superior Court judge) in California can be removed from office, though not “fired” in the traditional employment sense. Removal occurs through investigation by the Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) for misconduct, the recall process, or, rarely, impeachment. Where are the state legislatures?

If there really was justice in America we would see trees full of crooked and dishonest judges all over the country.

Seems to me that blacks killing whites or Muslims killing Jews is now a misdemeanor in the US
