But none of these companies are making money. All of these AI companies are just absolutely bleeding dough. Sheer capital cost that it takes to not only train these AI models, but run them, it is incredibly expensive. Uh, all of the plans that ChatGPT and Claude have, even the one and $200 per month paid plans, they are subsidized. It is easier for Apple to either work with another partner and/or acquire somebody who's created a really high-end model than it would be for OpenAI to compete with Apple on a hardware level.
