More residue from 2020 election fraud. The Stalinist California Supreme Court upholds the equally Stalinist State Bar Association's show trial disbarment of John Eastman.
Lotsa people on this forum regurgitate this as if it was legitimate, but it's not. It was just part of the massive suppression campaign by Pelosi's gangsters in the wake of the Big Steal.

The California Supreme Court ruled in 2014 that undocumented immigrants can be licensed to practice law in California if they pass the bar exam.

Everything about Democrat jurists is political. What are the odds they would have disbarred an attorney if this was a case of a lawyer challenging an election a Republican President won? Zero to none

And I note that this is the current makeup of the California State Supreme Court (from Wokipedia):
“There are two African American (Kruger and Evans) justices, one East Asian American justice (Liu), two non-Hispanic white justices (Corrigan, Groban) and one Latina (Guerrero)”
The single “non-hispanic” White male is of course Jewish...meaning there is no White Christian male on the court, much less a White Anglo-Saxon Protestant male like John Eastman himself.
Just never call it discrimination or retribution!

It may not happen for five or ten years, but this lawyer will be suing the ass off of California when the truth about the 2020 election comes out.

Advanced false claims? Couldn’t that be said of every attorney who loses in court or has a motion denied?

Any lawyer who challenged Trump’s victory would probably get an award from the American Bar Association.

In the 50 or so suits where Trump as asked for a recount or examination of ballots, he lost every one. It's not that Trump can't prove fraud in the 2020 election. He's been denied access to the evidence that would settle the question once and for all. If there was no fraud, why not let him access the evidence? Also, where did the 23 million "extra" Democrat votes come from in 2020? It runs near 65 million for two decades and all of a sudden it jumps 23 million votes! How?

I honestly don’t know.
Eastman was the brains behind the resistance operation in 2020, and since then...hard to say.
It would be great to see him get appointed as a Federal judge or be the next SCOTUS appointee but I think that tells us all why Thune is preventing recess appointments. The dishrags in DC are afraid of the “optics” and don’t want a confirmation battle. Gets in the way of the looting.
But so far Trump has not hinted that he might put him up for something, so the blocking action seems to be working for the dishrag contingent.

It looks like the push to avenge 2020 is moving into a higher gear and likely he could be part of that.
Undoubtedly Eastman will pursue federal relief if he can.

With 65 million Democrats to choose from in 2020, Harris was the best option? That’s a sad commentary when one considers she can’t speak a cogent sentence without a teleprompter. “Word Salad” is too focused for her...”Word Buffet” seems more fitting.

Project 65 is behind this effort to strike fear into lawyers for representing Republican clients in election disputes. It strikes at the heart of the 6th amendment by dissuading lawyers to represent. the 6th Amendment: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
