When a naturalized citizen commits terrorism in the United States, current law makes revoking citizenship extremely difficult unless fraud in the naturalization process can be proven.

That gap leaves serious national security concerns, and it’s a reality we have to confront head on.

A naturalized citizen who is tried and convicted of any felony should be automatically stripped of citizenship.

Citizenship can be revoked if it can be shown that the naturalized immigrant committed fraud by entering the country and seeking permanent residency/citizenship under false pretenses. Coming here under the pretense of being a law-abiding citizen while actually pursuing a terrorist agenda certainly qualifies as such.

I’m OK with that.
Once Naturalized, you are part of the Us and the We to help Make America Great Again, not the They and the Them.

That D Rats corrupted the process doesn’t change that.

Fix the System.

I would have some concern about a rogue juries. So some safeguards would have to be built in. Nevertheless, it’s a very good idea

I believe Trump would sign such a bill. But the GOP Congress is too timid and compromised to consider such a thing.

Ok, let’s compromise. They can stay, just detach their aorta.

We need to change that and make it far easier to denaturalize foreigners who act against the United States.

They swear an oath, but I guess that means nothing.

I think it would be hard to prove their intent when they were naturalized. They need to update the law to include terrorism, treason, sedition. Good luck with that getting anything like that though Congress.

I voted in 2024 to obliterate and drain..

Obliterating the systems that enables terrorists achieving naturalized citizen status to stay ‘citizen’ needs obliteration.

Not any longer. Now an oath is just a bunch of words. At one time swearing an oath was a sacred act. Now is just a string of words that no one pays any attention to. The person swearing has no intentions of adhering to it, nor is he expected to.

The Democrats will now resurrect the term, "Comprehensive Immigration Reform citing this problem as reason to fix a supposedly defective body of law.

We all know what they really want.

I suppose that a lot of people just believe in blind ritual.

When a person is ‘naturalized’ - a miracle happens! All of the protections of US law are bestowed on them. We would do the same for the rest of the world, but we are too lazy.

I personally do not believe that anyone but a natural born citizen should be allowed to hold public office, work at a government job, protest, or otherwise engage in political activism.

"Easy fix, kill them."

You're a little more blunt about it than I would be (why use four words when four thousand will do?), but basically I concur.

Violating Oath of Naturalization should be grounds for deportation and revoking citizenship.

Oath of Naturalization: “I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

Well, we need to fix that. If acts of terrorism against your country are proven, naturalized or not, your citizenship (be it birth or otherwise) should be stripped and you should be immediately deported.
