As of 7 March 2026, the scale of "Operation Epic Fury" (US) and "Operation Roaring Lion" (Israel) has reached the following totals:
Targets Hit by Country [1]
United States: US Central Command (CENTCOM) reports hitting over 3,000 targets since the start of operations on 28 February Breaking Defense.
Israel: The Israeli Air Force (IAF) has conducted thousands of sorties, including a single initial wave of 1,200 bombs in 24 hours [Wikipedia/2026 Iran conflict]. Specific reports confirm hits on 300 missile launchers and over 750 targets in the Tehran region alone Jerusalem Post. [1]
Recorded Civilian "Cases" (Impacted Sites)
Rather than a total casualty count, these "cases" represent documented strikes on non-military infrastructure:
Widespread Impact: Strikes have been recorded in at least 174 Iranian cities HRANA.
Education & Healthcare: Significant "cases" include the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab (168 fatalities) Reuters, the Khatam-al-Anbia and Gandhi hospitals in Tehran, and the Yas Nabi Girls’ Elementary School.
Cultural & Public Sites: Documented damage to the Golestan Palace (UNESCO site), Azadi Stadium, and the Grand Bazaar BBC. [2]

Based on aggregated data as of 7 March 2026:
Total Estimated Engagements: ~5,000+ (3,000 US targets + ~2,000+ Israeli munitions/sites).
Daily Incident Sample: In a recent 24-hour window, HRANA recorded 133 distinct incidents. Of these, roughly 23% (31 incidents) were classified as hitting strictly civilian or "dual-use" objects HRANA.
The Ratio: For every 4.3 military targets successfully struck, there is 1 recorded case of a hit impacting civilian infrastructure.

If muslims didn’t use civilians as human shields and civilian infrastructure such as hospitals and schools as cover for their military strongholds, then alleged, so-called *civilian* targets and casualties wouldn’t be happening, or would be so low as to be almost non-existent.
Just like terrorists having side jobs as doctors, medical professionals, and “journalists”. Then they can whine about civilian casualties, knowing full well they were combatants.
Just a thought, our coalition doesn’t target civilians, but, unfortunately, in war, some civilians become part of the collateral daaage.
The Iranian regime, on the other hand, did attack indiscriminately, firing missiles and suicide drones in their own neighboring countries, without regard of whether they struck military or civilian targets.
Just consider what they would have done if they had operational nuclear weapons . . .
