I have started to scan the Florida Day Care Centers and it seems Miami-Dade County has many, many!!!!!!

The Day Cares are listed in alphabetical order and I have scanned the names into the day cares started with letter C.
I am concluding the database for Florida only includes the Day Cares in the Miami-Dade area.
So that would explain the low number for Florida.
This database is probably a work in progress being put together by some Patriot Volunteers.
