The headline is speculation. This headline shouldn’t be allowed on Free Republic.
I believe that Ms. Weidel shows Neo-Nazi tendencies by opposing the plans to start a war against Russia in 5 year. Therefore her party needs to be disbanded and she needs to be prosecuted and jailed.
(pretty much what present German government is saying about her)

The government there has been putting a case together against AfD for at least 6 months and the EU seems JUST FINE with excluding political parties that don’t support them.

Her announcement may or may not have been qualified, and the story may contain qualifiers. The story reports a speculative announcement, but the headline is click bait, just as old school headlines were nickel bait.

The EuroTrash in Brussels will not allow anyone from the AfD to take power in Germany. I suspect they will even send a hit squad to ensure the AfD leader is eliminated.
Hopefully, Alice Weidel is well protected. She will be a splendid Prime Minister and make Germany great again.

That may be, but then a whole bunch of AfD candidates will die just days before the next election, possibly Dame Weidel herself if it looks like she might win. Nobody in power will be at all curious about the why. Just like last election.
