Three of Iran’s largest cities—Tehran, Shiraz, and Mashhad—have now fallen into the hands of anti-Islamic Republic Iranians. The IRGC forces have retreated from these major urban centers. We are also receiving reports that Karaj is very close to collapse amid fierce clashes between IRGC military units and the Iranian people. More video updates are coming in constantly, and in just a few minutes we will be joined by Andrew Galilei, Policy Director of the National Union for Democracy in Iran (NUFDI), representing the official opposition aligned with the Crown Prince’s side, to provide an outside perspective on the rapidly evolving situation.
Right now, uprisings are taking place in almost every city across the country. The regime has completely shut down the internet (both mobile and Wi-Fi), landlines, and all forms of communication. They are relying on their own internal networks rather than the real internet. Despite this blackout, brave footage continues to emerge, especially from Tehran’s Punak neighborhood, where people are holding the streets and refusing to back down.
On Day 13 of this movement, despite the massacre that began last night, the people are not going anywhere. In the capital, celebrations are breaking out in neighborhood after neighborhood. After the heavy violence of the previous night, many of us outside Iran were genuinely worried—communication was cut, and we feared the worst. I admit I was nervous this morning, uncertain whether this could mark a defeat. Thankfully, I was wrong. The Iranian people have come out even stronger tonight.
We are witnessing an extraordinary revolutionary mood. As our guest Andrew Galilei later explained, a professor once described it as the moment when people begin doing things that seem irrational—such as going into the streets knowing they risk death. That is exactly what we are seeing. The response to the Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s calls has been massive, terrifying the regime so much that they cut the internet for over 24 hours. Yet people are still coming out despite the bullets, despite the fear.
These videos are not meant to scare people off the streets—they are for the outside world, especially Americans, to see what is really happening. The regime has always tried to carry out massacres in darkness, as they did in Bloody November 2019, hoping the world (and especially President Trump) would not notice. Now they appear to be testing whether Trump’s warnings were a bluff. Whether or not they were, the effect has been powerful: the regime is frightened, and the people are energized and motivated.
The past two weeks have dramatically changed the picture both inside Iran and in the diaspora. For years, think tanks, academics, and many in the diaspora claimed the Crown Prince had no support inside the country, no ability to mobilize, and no plan. The last claim was always false: the Crown Prince has worked openly and transparently for years on the Iran Prosperity Project together with NUFDI and teams of experts. That process earned him real trust. The street scenes of the first eight days, and especially the massive mobilization in response to his calls, have now proven the doubters wrong beyond any doubt.
This is genuine power—unifying people under the vision of a secular democracy that respects human rights, separates religion from state, and preserves Iran’s territorial integrity. Iran is not Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, or Syria. It has a long history of constitutional governance and coexistence among its diverse groups. Separatist narratives have repeatedly failed; even during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement after Mahsa Amini’s death, her family firmly stated: “We are Iranian.”
While the regime’s collapse will likely involve more bloodshed and take more time, there will not be a power vacuum. The scale of what we see in the streets today, combined with years of careful planning, makes the difference. The next critical step is for the United States, Europe, and other governments to formally acknowledge the Iranian people’s clear choice of opposition leader. We are already seeing former skeptics and anti-Pahlavi voices unify behind him because they see the people doing the same.
Defections are another key element. The Crown Prince has long worked toward this, and his recent message to the security forces—broadcast on loudspeakers inside the country—was nothing short of astonishing. The momentum is building, and history is unfolding before our eyes.
Tehran has officially fallen. The IRGC has retreated, and the real Lion and Sun flag is flying everywhere. Mashhad (the second-largest city) and Shiraz have also been taken by the people. In Karaj, clashes continue, but the trend is clear. Tonight the crowds are even larger than last night—despite the massacre, despite the fear, despite everything. People are chanting “Long live the King,” burning regime symbols, targeting mosques that serve as IRGC bases and weapons depots, destroying government buildings, banks linked to the IRGC, and more.
The regime is crumbling. Credible reports indicate regime insiders are frantically seeking visas, accelerating capital flight, and reaching out to Western governments and the Crown Prince to save themselves. The rats are abandoning the ship.
This is a moment of immense pride, courage, and hope. The Iranian people have waited 46–47 years for this. They are not going home. The fight continues until the regime is gone and the Crown Prince can return. Stay tuned—we are witnessing history being made, live.

If things really are as they are reporting, then by this time next week, Iran's
mullahs will have been toppled.

I understand that you can’t take it as Gospel. What is, is. What will happen, will happen.

Supposedly the Ayatollah has ordered the IRGC into the streets and are now shooting at the protestors.
Prior to the shooting, Iran has shut down the internet as best as they can in the country. Evidently a significant number Starlink dishes have been distributed around the country which allows the word to get out.
IMO, it’s past time to vigilant against any Iranian Sleeper cells that exist in the USA, if the Iranian Regime really begins to fall, if any Sleeper Cells that exist in the USA, if they activate it will get ugly.
This is the information age. It is very difficult to keep information out of people’s hands. You see how hard China and North Korea have to go to restrict information. And somehow, information gets through anyways. The truth will out.

Nostradamus said that the war with the Islamists would last 27 years and amazingly he is correct, as we watch terror from the skies finally crumble.
Apparently Musk has also shown solidarity with the protests by eliminating the use of a symbol for Iran created by the Mullahs when they took over last century. He is now using the former lion and sun symbol.

The Iran regime has already suggested that Trump be captured the way it was done with Maduro. Hopefully the Secret Service is on hyper alert.
