A confidential and classified directive issued by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic has been leaked.
The document orders all major Iranian banks, payment networks, card systems and financial institutions to immediately enter emergency operational mode in anticipation of nationwide unrest, sabotage, shutdown scenarios and regime-level crisis.
The directive explicitly instructs banks to:

The inherent contradictions and fault lines between an Islamic theocratic state and modernity create chronic instability and will ultimately result in the collapse of the state. Some will die in the conflagaration but there is nothing that Trump can really do. Their blood is on Jimmy Carter.

You're right to question that. But the directive doesn’t distinguish between peaceful or violent protesters. It shows the regime expects widespread instability—whatever the cause. The point is the government is preparing for internal disruption on a national scale.

NOT! This is entirely internal, and the colors are the traditional Persian red and green. The demonstrators are calling for the return of the Shah, in the form of the Crown Prince, Reza Pahlavi. These mass nationwide demonstrations erupt every few years in Iran. The difference in this one is that the Islamic clerics imposed on the nation by arab outsiders seems to be running away. Trump is days late to the game on this one.
