“Non profit” = fraud and profit
Yes, DOGE them.
Really? $500?

Oh Damon how could you ?
Yo my brother, 500 ? Go large or go home. Obviously an amateur .
Very true. There needs to be a massive overhaul of the non-profit laws in this country. Everyone and their brother can start a non-profit and make a good living off of it even if they don't commit fraud. And if they do commit fraud, they can get very rich and there is a good chance that they won't get caught due to lack of monitoring. Part of the problem is the proliferation of trendy non-profits in the social media age. People see a sob story on the news and some grifter immediately starts a non-profit to help the people in the story. People donate to it with no idea of how the non-profit will spend the funds. 9-11, the New Jersey hurricane, the California wildfires. All examples of events that resulted in charities where massive fraud occurred or where the non-profits simply shuffled money around among them to pay staff salaries with not much getting to the victims.
He took over $20k in welfare payments for “food”. This is not SNAP but some State of Michigan Food program.
Looks like it was closer to $20k in unreported income.
He's also a crack dealer so there's that.
CEO of Battle Creek nonprofit that empowers youth charged with welfare fraud
First step is to eliminate all tax deductions for charitable contributions. The system has been badly abused.
Yes, and I mean ALL of them.
Pronto.
They CANNOT help themselves 😡🙄
Battle Creek? I’m still waiting on the secret decoder ring I sent those cereal box tops in for all those years ago.
$500? Walz’s Salamis stole NINE BILLION and everyone is just shruggin’ their shoulders.
