IMHO, that should have been done awhile ago. Not one single RAT has been indicted other than Comey, and they’ll probably let him go scott free. All those DOJ employees involved with the torture of the J6ers should not only been fired by now, but placed in jail themselves. He needs to deal with this NOW. She is the victim and main witness in a criminal conspiracy to violate her civil rights as surely as anyone registering people to vote in Mississippi in the 1950s. US Marshals should arrive and remove her from the prison and take her into Federal protective custody.
The same day FBI should conduct 5am raids on Griswold, Weisner and that poofter judge.

But he can have her removed from the prison today and take into Federal protective custody as a witness and victim of a criminal conspiracy to deprive her of her civil rights.
He can remove her and put her in Witness Protection while a DOJ starts a criminal case against the conspirators.
Bondi's DOJ has won something like 21 out of 23 cases at the USSC. That's pretty good.
And about the "slows", the DOJ is still jammed with swamp lawyers. Add to that bringing in new lawyers is difficult. If you do real work for Trump's DOJ, you will be black balled. It's hard to hire good lawyers to take down the swamp in that environment.
This latest stunt by the state could be argued as “cruel and unusual punishment” particularly considering the “crime” and others punished for it.
